NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, in accordance with Article 7.5 of the Constitution of the Foon Yew High School Alumni (Singapore) Association, the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Foon Yew High School Alumni (Singapore) Association will be held as follows: -

• Time: 3.00p.m. – 5.00p.m （AGM）

The Agenda of the AGM is as follows: -

• Opening of the AGM, member count and quorum


• Welcome message by President and briefing on the activities carried out in 2021-2022.


• To confirm and approved Minutes of the AGM held on 30 May 2021


• To receive and if approved, pass the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021


• To elect President and Executive Committee Members for the year 2022-2024


• To empower the incoming EXCO to appoint Auditors for the year 2022-2024


• Amendment to the Constitution of Association
